Collaborating with Wells Fargo to Serve Neighbors Nationwide
We are proud to partner again this year with Wells Fargo, as we continue addressing urgent housing challenges through essential home repairs. Wells Fargo understands the importance of ensuring affordable, safe and healthy homes and communities for everyone.
Thanks to the Wells Fargo Builds℠ program, Wells Fargo is investing $1.3 million in Rebuilding Together communities as part of a $1 billion commitment made by the Wells Fargo Foundation in 2019 to address the U.S. affordability housing crisis through 2025.
Nationwide, there is a record shortage of more than 7 million homes of affordable housing options. Rebuilding Together’s experience working in underserved communities has shown that the complex problems found in economically distressed neighborhoods require systematic, coordinated approaches to improve quality of life for our neighbors in need.
This year, Wells Fargo and Rebuilding Together are committed to providing essential, no-cost home repairs for neighbors in more than 45 communities across the country.
Since 2010, Wells Fargo has donated more than $17 million to support rebuilding efforts, including providing essential home repairs, revitalizing communities and helping veterans, older adults, people with disabilities, families with children and victims of disaster remain in their homes. We look forward to continuing this partnership and working with neighbors and communities to repair homes, revitalize communities and rebuild lives.
